Forgot his name, but the guy with a ponytail was very helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable about fish. I explained my situation and agreed with most things that he said; though he dont know everything, I can tell he was really happy with his job and wanted me to buy everything in the store just so that I could have the most ideal aquarium possible! However, from what I can tell in recent years, they have gotten more strict with their policies and are not as friendly with beginners, on the "just buying fish" side of things. Definitely recommend for someone who has experience.

I dont have much to go on for grooming for dogs and cats but fish let me tell you. I went in here to get 1 fish and I knew what I needed for it. I have a 55 gallon aquarium which is suitable for this fish to thrive from juvenile to adult and still sustain this fish. The person asked me the setup for the fish before I could purchase and told me I need a 155 gallon tank for this fish and they refuse to sell it to me. 1. The fish is in the tank that is only 1 gallon at the store and has been there for a couple of years I know. 2. The suitable size aquarium for this fish is actually 45 gallons. So you have uneducated people here determining if you have a good setup to sell you a fish. I imagine it is the same with the other aquarium pets; ie, lizards, snakes, frogs, and turtles. Go to Conw

Conveniently located in Valley Park Center on East Main Street is the only large chain pet store in the local area. This is a nice clean professional establishment where patrons can bring their pets in to shop. Upon entry you are usually greeted by the cashier and on the right you see four rows of dog merchandise, everything such as flea meds, collars,leashes,halters, brushes, bedding, hair clippers and clothing. There is also a complete line of high end dog food both dry, wet, refrigerated and canned. Across the back wall is the fish section with a complete line of exotics and your standard species plus food and antibiotics for your tank.I would truly love to one day buy one of the big tanks, get some colorful gravel, some nice fauna plus one of those aerorater bubbler thangs and a cool l

Went in to get a snail and a goldfish and got questioned about everything and when told the details they didn’t want to sell me the fish! 10 gallon tank wasn’t sufficient enough for their standards but yet there’s 20 in a tiny tank !? After several minutes of BS I finally just walked out. Super annoying it’s a $7 goldfish not $700 nearly extinct fish
