There is no way this store has 4.2 stars. They need to be BANNED from selling Arachnids. They had a 5+ inch Tarantula in a teeny tiny carrier, with bone dry water. It was in a stress pose dying in the corner. Its abdomen was literally non existent, who knows the last time this poor baby was fed. Picture is attached of a literally non existent abdomen. When I rescued her, the employee had no idea about proper care. She suggested a heat lamp (huge no) and an arboreal vertical terrarium (Curly Hairs are terrestrial) another huge no. I refuse to buy animals from them because it is BLOOD MONEY but this poor thing has been there for over 6 months. **They currently have another large curly hair in a TINY critter carrier, two Pink Toes (arboreal climber) in an improper set up and each were in

Nice store. Friendly staff. Found a training clicker, which is what i was looking for!

Normally very understaffed & busy, the staff will roll their eyes or give you attitude when you kindly ask for assistance with crickets when they have time.. im willing to wait but they must hate it with a passion. Otherwise its clean & the check out process is smooth.

This store lets their animals, especially with the birds remain in glass cages for months I shop in there on occasion and noticed this bird which is a cockatiel who is being ignored never seemed to be stimulated. There were no toys in the cage. Cockatiels are very social birds they talk they play they love stimulation and to be attended to my mom said something about this to a employee and they said well the bird bites well the bird bites because nobody takes care of it. It seems does anybody play with it? Take it out comfort it as I have seen pet stores due in the past I’m reporting you and if this is the wrong store, I apologize, but I will get to the bottom of it. Thank you.

I took my poodle standard Baxter to be groomed and Melissa did one of the best jobs I've ever had at a very reasonable price. Friendly my dog loves her highly recommended
