I took my one year old Shih Tzu for his first PetSmart grooming appointment. I spoke with Tara in person before making the appointment and right away I was very comfortable with her. My pup is my baby and I needed to feel that he would be in good hands. I am so pleased with how she took care of him . Her communication was great as she let me know what needed to be done before she did it. Grooming is something he does care for so he can be a little sassy. She handled him well so not to stress him out. I also chose to do the express grooming so that there is no crate and my baby can be out in about an hour .We will definitely be back to see Tara for his next appointment!!
Donna at the grooming salon was great!!! She was so sweet and caring with my yorkiepoo-- she clipped his nails and trimmed around his eyes with ease, and he is a skiddish puppy!!! Other places have complained about him but not Donna! I'd trust her with my puppy any day, she is very professional and experienced.
Thank you for giving me 16 years of happiness with my best friend. Wilbur passed away today. Always will remember him in my heart.
The grooming section is excellent; Ramón and Sharon Wen took Care my baby doggie with love and , I’m very happy with their service, thank you so much, I Highly recomend to take your pet to Petsmart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍
