I bought fish and they charged me double price as if it was a the larger size and i had bought other things too. I didn't notice until home and not going back with all the traffic from route 80 sinkholes. I won't return to this place in the future. Plenty of other fish stores.
Zero star to be honest. Go somewhere else. These people should not be in pet care business at all. Grooming staffs give attitude towards dog with anxiety instead of compassion. The price may seems affordable but the service is not worth your money. I am not saying all PetSmart staffs are bad, we had good experience in Mt.Olive branch, but this Rockaway branch seems to attacr the worst of them. If you really have to, try to avoid Emily and Marija. Good luck !
i took my Pomsky to this grooming salon today and they did a horrible job , they did not cut him they way i ask for and plus left him hairy and some parts , they cut his nails extra short and cut one of them to his nerve. They DID NOT notify me the they cut him like that and/or explain to me what do i have to do or not do , only said the he cut him self. NEVER AGAIN . DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. 0 stars for them.
Horrible job!!! And they clipped my dogs nail too short to the point where one nail was bleeding
