Haley is incredible! She did a great job grooming both of our dogs, and went out of her way to accommodate our dog that needed a little extra space. The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you again, Haley!

Very poor customer service. I purchased a tub of 50 super worms for my bearded dragon. Half of them were dead when I open the tub. Since I am a super commuter, I was not able to return the worms until a week later. Also during that time I had to feed my dragon some of the live worms so he wouldn't go hungry. I brought them to the register to request a refund and the cashier said she could not refund me any of the cost. I said that I paid for 50 live superworms and half of them were dead I should at least get a discount. The cashier didn't believe there were that many dead worms so I asked her do you want me to open it and then take them out and count them for you? She said yes so imagine how I felt standing at the counter counting dead superworms after work. She said if I had problems with

i went to buy 2 small freshwater algae eating catfish and i brought them home and put them in my tank and they died within two days (they were definitely sick when sold to me), since then over the past few days the rest of my fish in the tank have gotten sick and are dying. I have had these other fish for 2 years with no problems up until I added those 2 small catfish to my tank. I dont recommend buying fish from this location but maybe others are better. the attendant was very nice though.

Maria the groomer is the best! Potato has been going to her for a few years now and I could never imagine taking her to anyone else! She always does a wonderful job and treats Potato like she is her own pet! I will always recommend her!

The attendant at the aquatics dept very friendly. But the tanks were all covered in algae, you couldn’t really see what was in them. Fish demand your attention too!!!
