If you care for fish go somewhere else cause they dont. They would rather let the fish die then let people save them. Got there to get Loaches these fish were so sick in tank just dying with the worst ick infection I've ever seen. They had to have had ick visible for a minute. I brought up my concern to the employee and I asked for a discount to save them cause they need time and care. First they said they were already being treated then when I asked where they treat them they said a different area. I'm not stupid. After more questions they then jump in and started getting them ready to move to treatment. Walked out and walk back in to get pics and they only acted like they were taking them for treatment and then left them in that tank.

They went out of their way to take care of santa.And the dogs. The deserve a big thumbs up and a hug to go with it. These people really care about your animals.You can trust them

Normally this location has been good for us to bring our little dog in for grooming. However we brought them in for a quick grooming and they let us know that their record showed that her rabies vaccine was expired. I brought the paper work in showing that last year she had a 3 year rabies vaccine done and that the vet made a mistake on the certificate and put only a year expiration date. Rather than being competent and use basic math skills to see that the vaccine that she received was still good. We even showed the other vaccine record from our other dog that had it done at the same time where the vet put the correct expiration date. That was still not enough and they turned us away and would not groom her. I can understand being careful and wanting all the dogs vaccines up to date but w

Visiting Utah, stopped by to find some socks for my dog for feet protection they had shoes. Purchased. The associate was very friendly. Tried on my dog he hated them. Had to return. The associate gave me some ides. Thanks for hiring good and knowledgeable people. Much better than your competitors.

The staff are awesome and friendly, the wife and I are here about once a week spending a few hundred each time. The reason for the low review is the very low inventory of items. Several items we buy a case of is always out. We've brought it up to management several times over the last few months and they dont seem to get the product in. While shopping you have to look at the expiration date of the food cause you'll find alot of expired food. They do direct me to shop online which is an option and the food is always there. I just like going to the store and getting it one cause its instant, two keeps humans working and in business, three able to check dates and get quality product the first time. I do really like this store just wish they would listen and get product in that would be bought
