Dr. Packer is an amazing vet. He does so well with our pets and is patient with our Shiba Inu's and our cats. His help was invaluable with our Labrador, prior to her passing. Dr. Packer's care and kindness in helping us help her pass on made all the difference. <3 He has also helped us welcome new members to our pet family. Dr. Packer offers everything from wellness visits and administering shots, to end of life care. Having him available to come to our home and reduce the stress of the standard office visit has been vital in the care of our seniors as well as the new young addition. <3 We have referred Dr Packer to friends and family and even strangers. When our golden retriever was ready to pass, we wanted to have an in-home process, if possible, but we didn't know how to go about it. Fortunately, we found Dr. Packer, who made it so much easier (and affordable) than we expected. It was so easy to schedule. On the day, he was so compassionate, not only to our dog but to us as well. He gently gave us the time we needed to say good bye and was very sweet and caring with our departing friend. It was a tough moment, but I can't imagine it going smoother or more beautifully. Dr. Packer is amazing! He’s truly a local gem, and Utah is lucky to have him. We’ve had two dogs under his care over the years. One of them, our elderly German Shepherd, developed severe mobility issues and pain toward the end of his life. Dr. Packer was incredibly compassionate and supported us every step of the way, including providing at-home euthanasia. Being able to say goodbye in a peaceful, familiar environment made all the difference. He continues to care for our other dog, who has arthritis. Dr. Packer makes home visits and even arranges medication delivery—keeping our vet care at home is so convenient and much less stressful for our dog. We’re truly grateful for his expertise, empathy, and the level of care he provides.

Dr. Packer is truly the best vet in the valley. My dog has hip dysplasia, and finding compassionate, knowledgeable care has meant everything to us. The fact that Dr. Packer offers home visits has made such a difference — my dog is more relaxed, less stressed, and so much more comfortable being treated at home. The level of patience, expertise, and genuine care shown during every visit is exceptional. You can tell this is a true calling. Dr. Packer has helped two of my animals, one dog Baer, & one cat Junior, pass on this year, a few months apart. He always has taken the utmost personal care & consideration for the animals & for their humans. His communication is excellent. I have recommended him to many & will continue to do so. He has a heart of gold & his job has a lot of hard, hard emotional things he deals with daily. Once in a while he has some positives & some light, but he is an amazing human, thank you Dr. Packer!
