Lydia did an absolutely AMAZING job with Sparky’s Bath and Haircut! 🐾✨ From the moment we picked him up, we could tell how much care and attention she put into everything. His haircut is perfect — he looks so handsome! His coat is soft, clean, and he smells incredible. Even his nails look beautiful and neatly done. What made it even more special was the sweet birthday surprise. They gave him a little birthday hat and the cutest birthday bandanna — he looked absolutely adorable! 🎉🐶 It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience even better. Sparky came home happy, fresh, and feeling like a superstar. You can tell Lydia truly cares about the dogs she works with. We love our boy so much, and we’re so thankful to have found someone who treats him with such kindness and skill.

I love all the staff at PetSmart in Quakertown. Recently my border collie graduated from the PUPPY class and is going into the intermediate class later today I take my puppy to PetSmart during the last hour from 8p to 9p about two or three days a week in order to get familiar with the environment and practice what I need to know for the class. The staff are always so friendly and kind, even though I don't buy anything and I'm just there for my puppy to learn his skills. He also gets a lot of sniffing done, reading all his peeemails from accidents of other dogs who may not have cleaned up all their odor. And also to get exercise on all the April rainy showers that we have been having lately. Cheryl is a very good instructor & HIGHLY recommemded.

Very very disappointed. We bought the “Valentine special”we had an appointment waited two and a half hours and we were unaware they were inexperienced and never trimmed his nails which was the whole reason we were bringing him in. They never took his picture and did a lousy job and charged us 61.00 for nothing. We will never bring our doggy back here. Note we expressed our disappointment and was received with an I don’t care attitude. BEWARE and bring them somewhere else not worth your time or money.

Horrible place to take your pet! I had a very disappointing experience at this location and cannot recommend it. I have been going here for years and was not treated as poorly as I was yesterday. The grooming salon, in particular, demonstrated poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. Hannah, who is an employee there in particular behaved so rudely. I did not feel that my pet or I were treated with respect or care, and my concerns were not addressed appropriately by management when trying to explain the situation. I hope leadership seriously reviews the customer service practices at this store, especially within the grooming department, as these issues are concerning for pet owners who trust staff with their animals. I will not recommend this store to anyone anymore.

This Petmart is AWSOME! Rachel is the groomer I use for my dog and she is excellent with him, he is a silky terrier and first time we went there he needed a lot of work but Rachel did a great job and from then on our “monthly” spa days have been just as great. My dog loves when I say we are going to PetsMart and runs to to the store (on a leach) every Monday or Tuesday for his weekly treat shopping. Just like any good shopper though he walks through the entire store to be sure he never missing anything. The staff is great with him and have assisted us in making purchases many times.
