Glad we chose Pleasant Valley. The team was very knowledgable and compassionate. The facility was clean and well appointed. Medical team and staff were very attentive with our Razz.

Came to PVAH because we were looking for a doctor for our 3 year old Westie Sophie. Dr. Tanhauser is friendly and listened to us about some of our concerns with Sophie. Great guy! He will be Sophie's doctor from now on.

Ive had two really good experiences with PVAH fitting us in for an acute visit when our other vet was not available. Sick rabbits can be a very stressful situation and hard to get care for in a pinch. I am extremely grateful for the staff at PVAH for helping us so quickly! Dr. Kline is very helpful, knowledgeable, and is great at handling our bun, who is not the easiest at times. With her help, we made it through the weekend. I also appreciate Sue calling today to check in to see how things are going, which was very nice of her! Ive decided to continue our senior buns care with PVAH for the remainder of his golden years. We just wish we would have found them sooner!

I have bordered my pups at Pleasant Valley several times and they are terrific. They are friendly and accommodating. They can add walks during the day and playtime so they are kept busy They take care of your pet like they were their own.
