They have the best prices when it comes to terrariums and aquariums. I also go here for my isopods and all my reptile substrate. The employees are always super nice and helpful. My son and I also enjoy looking at the fish and animals when we come in. It’s nice to be able to come in and comfortably browse in a friendly atmosphere as well as be able to get everything we need for our reptiles for the best price in town. I’ve gone to all the other pet shops in Pueblo and PetSmart has the best prices on pretty much everything. I just wish they carried more cork bark, they never have that in stock unfortunately.

Wait time took 20 minutes to get checked in . Wait time took 15 minutes to pick up . I was quoted a fee on line and then charged more when I picked up . Took a mini bernadoodle , I was told had matting - was charged an additional $10 when they shaved it all off . My bill was $147 and my dog still had poop ok him when I picked him up . Will never use their services again . I would drive to springs before using them again.

DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR GROOMING! We had a grooming appointment scheduled for 11:00 am. We were there promptly at 11:00. Sam was to get a bath, haircut and nail trim. I was told by the person who checked Sam in that it would take 4 hours. I thought that was a long time, but he was pretty hairy. I came back after 3:00 and he had still not had his haircut. We live an hour away and I had to be home by 4:00, so I left him. I did not hear a word until 7:08 pm, I got a text saying Sam was finished. Sam doesn't like any groomers, but my poor dog spent 8 hours in the back room of the grooming station. I was so mad that I just paid the bill and left. This morning in the light I noticed that the hair around Sam's ears had not been trimmed at all and that he had a bald spot the size of my fist b

The first time my puppy got his nails trimmed was so easy and painless for both of us. I don't remember the groomers name, but he was a young man and very friendly. Bruno and I will be going back for a bath.
