Dr Corrina (and ALL of the vet techs) are absolutely amazing with my anxious puppy. She’s a chow chow and definitely has that chow temperament. Combined with a previous scary experience at a different clinic, we know she can be a handful. I can’t express how much we appreciate everything they do for our Pepper. I wish I got her name, but the lady who came and got Pepper from the lobby did such a good job handling her despite Pepper being scared and honestly putting up a bit of a fight. I was nervous too, but she handled the situation very professionally and patiently. They give her treats and the ladies in the front offer to give her love even when we aren’t scheduled for an appointment just to get her used to the building with happy visits. Dr. Scott and Ms. Bailey were so amazing with our Buddy! He usually is skiddish with adults but he loved them from "hello". They got to know him and made him feel comfortable. He's a Beagle and prone to ear infections due to his adorable floppy ears. They got an infection we could not treat by ourselves. He wasn't his energetic loving self. He scared us and we knew we needed help. We reached out to a few places but they stated they had no availability but directed us to their emergency services. We knew that would be a bill we could not afford. Caring Hearts genuinely care! They helped Buddy and made us relax as well. They have customers for life! We can't wait to introduce them to Bella 💖! After moving to Pueblo West from Littleton 2 years ago we were faced with the reality that virtually all the Vets in town were full, and were given ridiculous suggestions like driving to Springs, Rocky Ford, Canyon City, etc..for veterinary care. I'm not sure if any of these people have cats, but traveling with kitties is a bit difficult. Last year after using Goode Vet for a short period of time, they closed. *Sigh* now what do we do? THANKFULLY Caring Hearts took over the space and let me tell you they are the BEST vet in town. Very kind, caring, and compassionate towards your animals. I'm so grateful I found Caring Hearts. It's literally the best veterinary experience I've ever had in the 17 years with my sweet tiny now elderly dog. Dr Corrina is so kind helping us get through the end of life process. Definitely the best vet clinic in Pueblo with a lovely welcoming staff and a comfortable spacious facility.

Caring Hearts is the best Vet Clinic in Pueblo. Dr Scott is The best vet I've ever had. My Pitty had a Cancer scare and ended up needing surgery due to a mass on her spleen.Dr Got her scheduled within 2 days and through the whole process Him and his staff were nothing less than amazing..After surgery Dr Scott personally called me every few days to make sure she was doing Ok.Thank you Caring Hearts for taking such good care of her
