This store is amazing compared to the 5 pet stores we visited. They have beautiful and well cared for pets. Stacey had extensive knowledge about the young cockatiel we got. She also suggested a big cage which worked out wonderfully. Pineapple is so happy to fly up and down, she goes outside her cage sits by the sun, eats veggies, fruits and seeds and is already best friends with my daughter thanks to the millet treats Stacey recommend for training. Thank you!

Meriah the cashier at the front is absolutely the BEST cashier customer service employee I've ever had the pleasure of receiving service from. Always helps every single customer with the petsmart rewards program, always assisting them in gaining as many points as possible per purchase. Even helped my lovely girlfriend today with the application and even the customers in front of us and behind. She does this every single time we check out at petsmart. Absolutely a rockstar at her job and please forward this to management and possibly Meriah herself to show that her work is helping the community and many pets in the area!! Keep up the amazing work and im sure the hundreds of cat and dogs appreciate your help.

So I just want to start off by saying the staff is very nice and the manager handled the whole situation with grace which I’m so thankful for. I brought my puppy in to get his first grooming session, I have been grooming him at home but I wanted to get the whole experience. I booked the appointment with Yasmin and I was very excited for it. When I got there she was extremely sweet and said she might not be able to shave him like I had asked but she would be able to give him like a full body trim. I did express I wanted him shaved since he has so much hair and he’s not a first timer to being groomed since I have been doing it at home. She said it would take around 3 hours and she would call me when he was ready. About 2 1/2 hours later I got the call my dog was ready to go. I was so excite

Picked up LillyButt here today and was surprised at how busy they are and still managed to do great work. The girls were all very nice and did an excellent job on our baby.

So disappointed. I booked an appointment online for my 8 month old puppy. I truthfully thought it would be easy because I had taken my older dog there for grooming for many years prior to his passing. I was disappointed when I arrived at my appointment & was told I would need to reschedule because my proof of rabies vaccination wasn't sufficient enough. I brought my puppy's rabies tag which included a current date and reference number, but was advised that wasn't enough. I tried to pull up my dog's vaccination record using my vet's app but I was told that process would take too long and was required to reschedule for the following day. I was a bit frustrated but rescheduled anyway. The following day, I came in with my puppy and her printed vaccination records and was told once again that s
