Wow, Lindsey is off the chart. She does an amazing job. Her customer service skills are amazing thank you Lindsey for all your love and support and it was great to meet you. I look forward to driving the extra distance to have you help with all my dog related issues, itching, chicken and flea, etc. etc.

Dog Training: we took our lab in for private lessons. Our trainer Aja was professional, knowledgeable, patient and we learned a lot. From consistency to treats, we can’t wait to sign up for more sessions this summer! We put off additional lessons but we were recommended to Aja and we weren’t disappointed. We highly recommend her services and everyone at PetSmart. All employees were kind, and professional.

I recently had my Yorkie groomed by Ailynn. First she was late for our appointment and seemed to be unhappy about having an appointment. The nail trim was great however the cut was butchered and shaven. I asked that she leave the area between her eyes as they were in order to grow, she shaved so close that my little dog bled. Her top hair looked like bangs gone wrong. More training or more caring and enjoying your job is needed. Fortunately hair grows back but beware.

Madi helped me quite a bit in the fish section. I’ve been wanting to invest in a fish tank for some time. I caught a good sale and she helped me find everything I needed in order to become fully set up (and not get fish immediately) I’ll be back for that purchase!

Love taking my dog to get pampered in the salon. Elmo loves everyone who works there, and Haley does such a great job getting him clean and smelling fresh. It's priced reasonably, and you can get a senior discount on Tuesdays!
