I love petsmart. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My dog recieved his first grooming experience today and he looks fantastic!! Thanks Abby! Looking forward to do business with you in the future!

I would like to personally say, in this store of PetSmart in Pocatello ID, there’s an older woman by the name Paige. She is by far the best I’ve ever met! She shows me ways to save, gives wonderful inputs on how I can save more by downloading the PetSmart app. I love running into her when I come to this store. The store itself beats a lot of the competitors, but Paige’s character stands out to me every time I come here! I always leave saving a whole lot more with her help! You rock Paige! Thank you so much for all of your help! Keep up the awesome work! You’re wonderful! I truly hope that this makes your day the way you’ve made me feel every time I come into this store:) 10/10 performance + 100% effort = Paige💛

I went in very excited to get some new fish we walked in wasnt busy at all went into the fish section nobody was around to help than pulled up the QR code and some lady hastily came walking up to us in a very odd manner asked what we wanted and pointed at two different goldfish than she began questioning how many fish we already had how big the tank was and told us she couldn’t sell us the goldfish that were no more than 2 inches big than gave us some bad attitude mind you if they cared so much for the fish why not take care of all the sick and disturbingly vast dead fish sitting in the take getting eaten by the other fish I can easily say that we’ve never been treated like this in any other pet store we’ve been customers at I will never shop there ever again!!!!!

If we could give no stars we would!! sister took her dogs in and GAVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION on what was NOT to be cut! Talk about complete disrespect she completely ignored her and shaved his eyebrows completely off and his beard ! These are schnauzers and have a distinct look she’s wanting to achieve and this place could care less about what the customer wants she did it her way like this is BurgerKing or something!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE they do not care what the customer wants!! Then coward sent someone else out with our dogs she couldn’t even come out herself!

They have great products in the store The store is great they're grooming department has bad time management My dog sat in a kennel for an hour when it was supposed to be at 2:30 and then the groomer that was supposed to groomer went to lunch I'm not going to sit here and pay $150 for them to take a lunch and then wait 4 hours for my dog to get groomed
