Pocatello Pet Lodge

On January 13, 2026 I experienced fabulous customer service of my Great Pyrenees Polly. Not only did they do a fabulous job of grooming but helped get her into my car which she apparently didn't want to get in. They helped lift all 110lbs of her into my car but also helped move my Costco groceries to accommodate my elderly mother in law. They did this with great care and great attitudes. Great people!

We absolutely love Pocatello Pet Lodge! Our dog started going here as a puppy for their training program, and the results were incredible—they did an amazing job training her. Since then, she’s continued to go weekly for doggy daycare and is also boarded there whenever we’re out of town. We have a very high energy dog, who needs a lot of attention, love and outside time. When we pick her up she is absolutely exhausted from playing all day long. She is so well cared for and genuinely happy to be there. The staff is so so so kind, knowledgeable, and truly treats her like their own. You can tell they love their jobs and enjoy being with the animals. Bentley is our Doberman. He loves going to Pocatello Pet lodge. He is always super excited and can’t wait to leave his family lol- to see all the new and old pups. He gets loved on by the staff and always comes us worn out. We know he is feed, loved, played with and not lonely while we go on vacation. Bentley has stayed at the Pet Lodge for years now. We wouldn’t let him go anywhere else if we can help it. We do get 1-2 report cards with pictures of Bentley while on vacation. It helps us to enjoy our time as well. A vet always checks the dogs out before they can play with any other dog. They offer lots of different services to keep your pup pampered. Pocatello Pet Lodge is reasonable price. The staff there are kind and loving. They have an indoor and outdoor playtime areas for dogs. Dry food was included in price. They also have grooming available. I absolutely Loved their daily texts on how my dog was doing. I recommend them.

We’ve gone to other facilities in the area before trying to save money but have come to the realization that sometimes in life you get what you pay for. Everything from the onboarding process to the stay was great for us, the lady on the phone that took the appointment was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pocatello pet lodge provided an experience that hasn’t been given to us elsewhere and we’ve been to just about every other lodging facility in the area. I feel rest assured leaving my fur babies here, you can tell they actually care about the animals and it’s not just a job to them, for that reason we will continue to use them anytime we need to board any of our pets.
