Paid 80 dollars for my dog to come out of being groomed with feces on her but, smelling disgusting, chopped, completely natted, nails not cut and with a chunk shaved out of her face with whiskers completely gone. The groomer looked like she literally hated her job. When I reached out after leaving upset not only the groomer was rude but the manager was screaming at me not letting me talk on the phone. I don’t know her name maybe KAREN. My dog was completely traumatized. If you care about your dog never bring them here

Since my dog's first time at the groomer was with the Pet Smart team. I've never taken her anywhere else because everyone is so attentive to my fur baby, even though she hates being groomed. Keep in mind this names: Peyton and Savannah they are the best!!!

Had my baby girl Callie groomed today what an amazing job. Kaylie G took her time with her and can I say she looks so freaking adorable. Definitely will be back.

I took my dog for a haircut and she came back looking like a rat never again I asked for a little trim and she made her bald her paws came out with some hair being long and some being short, super uneven. The worker said the haircut would cost $60, without my permission she added another $60 to our payment, she could’ve at least called to see if we wanted to continue the haircut and pay extra or just stop it. My dog came home STINKING etc.. another groomer that I tried used such good body spray that it lasted 2 weeks on my dog. I hope my dog bit her super hard and gave her a mark because I am pissed. The prices in this store are outrageous for everything. The staff are super unprofessional, the girl who cut my dogs hair had such an attitude. My other dog came for training and all he learne
