I took my cat here for a full haircut and bath, but it was a complete waste of time and money. They barely touched him; it looks like they only shaved a tiny bit off the top and ignored the rest. It’s lazy work and extremely unprofessional. If you’re looking for a proper grooming service, don't bother coming here. Extremely disappointed.
Petsmart is always great with very friendly staff. I always find what I need for our dear Max. Here's Max with his new weatherproof jacket
I was there yesterday and picked a handful of Top Fin live aquatic plants and saw my friend Julia who is a manager there . She's always pleasant and helpful ! Also spoke with the Manager Brandon on the phone the day before and he was pleasant and helpful as well. I have a PETCO (Hutchinson Parkway) close by that sucks for aquatic life so I drive to Pelham instead.
Love the way my baby came out from her first day camping she looks more relax 🤔 would once of week b enough for her lol
This PetSmart gets it. The management and team, really care and are very helpful to your needs. There is also an amazing Banfield hospital in the back, that also provides the utmost care for your furry little loved ones🐶🐱. If you have a pet, this is the place for you!
