PetSmart

I've been coming here a while and only once in a while do they have good service (I wish I knew their names so I could praise them). I've shown up 10 minutes before closing only to be told they were already closed and the last straw is being asked to wait 15 minutes while some guy continued to add more and more fish to his order while the only rep available didn't take time out to help the people waiting for other items.

They dont have No patience whatsoever for my dog, always bad hair cut, always complaining about my dog being bad, when i have take him to other places and no complaints about his behavior. Manager told us he isn't welcome there anymore. Screw you guys, dont know how to handle a small dog.

I had a 5:30 PM grooming appointment and arrived exactly on time. However, the staff told me it would take another three hours before my dog could be picked up. My dog only needed a bath — no haircut — and every time I’ve been to PetSmart or Petco before, it usually takes about an hour and a half. I even called ahead to confirm my 5:30 appointment. If you were already that busy, you could have told me on the phone — I wouldn’t have come all the way for nothing. When I asked why, they said there were four dogs ahead of mine. If that’s the case, why even allow 5:30 appointments? This is very poor scheduling and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. The groomer’s attitude was also very dismissive, just saying I could reschedule if I thought the wait was too long. Very disappointing exp

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The cashiers always ask before offering my dog treats. Prices are decent. Plenty of parking.

The service staff in the store has a good attitude. I like to go to this recommended place to buy pet supplies.
