I took my puppies to get groomed they did an awful job cut is choppy did not clean around the paws hair is still long nails weren’t cut and still sharp my dogs are Shih Tzu they came out looking the same as they went in ! No more will I go to pet smart again! No trimming of the face ! Looks exactly the same !

Unfortunately, both fish I purchased died within 16–24 hours. I was really sad because I took proper care and followed all instructions. I expected healthier pets from a store like PetSmart.

I took my cat to get a full bath and full hair cut. They took 4.5 hours for completion, they put her in her carrier and I took a look at her when I got home and they left her so choppy, her bib was cut unevenly, her chest looks unfinished, the back of her head was shaved off and her tail was matter with fur they had chopped off. They did not brush her at all, I had spent 15 min brushing the matted fur from her tail! I also noticed they did not trim her nails, clean her ears and she did not smell like she got bathed. I was so so upset. I had to attempt to fix her on my own, gave her full on bath and make her looking better to my best ability. I have taken her to the groomers elsewhere before and their job was nothing like this…super disappointed and will not be coming back. Do not take your

So I had gone to get my dog some food I hadn’t checked what time they closed so when I did I went fast got there 1 minute after closing none of the associates wanted to help me out it was only one minute after it isn’t that hard to help someone out it was just one minute for sure will not come back to this store I know they wanted to leave but I wasn’t there to shop but to get what I needed he could’ve at least told me yes make it quick please since we’re closed I would’ve token that

I've had the best customer experience with David P. I had called in and he answered. He was very professional and upon arriving at the store he assisted me with my needs. Stores need more people like him!!! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and just fun to speak with!!!
