I have used this groomer four times and always tip. The groomer is professional and does a great job but kept trimming around the nose. My dog is a Westie. Their noses aren’t cut to points. I let the owner know and he offered a refund. I said I don’t want a refund I want the groomer to be paid. In my opinion this owner is vindictive. He waited until I called to schedule again and said it’s not a fit!!! It was like he couldn’t wait to punish for speaking the truth. A smart business owner wants to know the truth and emotional maturity is needed here. So be careful you must walk on egg shells or get no more appointments. He hurts himself and his business. He gets defensive and writes he can’t keep giving refunds. I never asked for a refund. He’s dysfunctional. If I pay for something it should

They are awesome! Always happy with how my fur babies look and are handled with extra care. Definitely worth the extra cost. So convenient to have them come to you helps keep my babies at ease.

Wow, Fernando did an amazing job! I’ve taken my dog to a lot of groomers in this area, and they just can’t seem to get it right. But Fernando did an amazing job: he has excellent equipment, excellent technique, and was very friendly and lovable to my dog. My dog looks good and feels good, and I am a happy customer! I've been a loyal customer of Fernando's Furry Friends for over a year, regularly paying a steep price of $100 per dog for the convenience of their mobile grooming services. Despite the high cost, I felt it was worth it because they were timely and did a good job on my two Shih Tzus. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely soured my opinion of this business, and I feel compelled to warn others. I made an appointment well in advance (on November 20) for December 19 at 11:00 AM to have four small dogs groomed--my two and my parents' two--so they'd be clean and ready for the holidays. Respectful, professional, and left my dog smelling beautifully after every visit. We sadly had to inform them of our dogs passing since he was scheduled for an appointment, and they shared their condolences with us. Thank you all for your help over the years.
