I will never take my dog to be groomed there again!!! I made an appointment for 4/12/25@10am. I get there and they take my dog back and say it will be 3-4 hours. I get back at 2:15, never got a phone call, and my dog had just been bathed. They said he had an accident and had to be re-bathed. He still had not been cut, nails clipped, anything. I gave them a picture of how I wanted him and he looks nothing like the picture!!! The first picture (on the red rug) is how I wanted him, the second picture (on the blue blanket) is how they did him!!!!! I am livid!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Do not take your dog here to get groomed at the Owings Mills location . I was shopping on 1/11/2026 around 11am and I saw the guy groomer, who was grooming this Labrador retriever. The groomer blew him nose on the towel then dried the dog with it . I was very disappointed and disgusted. Why would he do that nasty disgusting behavior to that precious dog who seemed to be behaving so well. I wished I saw the owner I would've told them. My boyfriend and I had a bad experience ourselves with the groomer at this Pet Smart 3 months ago. The groomer never informed us that soap got into our dog eyes. From that day forth he's never been back. I only shop for our animals food here & supplies . Please don't use the groomers at this Pet Smart location Owings Mills just horrible & disappointing!!
Michelle was so kind and helpful during my shopping process this morning. She was courteous to other patrons and offered to move stocking items out of the way for an unobstructed shopping experience. At check out, she informed me of deals on the PetSmart app and provided me with a scratch and save coupon. Thank you Michelle for making my trip to PetSmart extra cheery!
Well stocked and fast checkout friendly staff. If you are looking for fish, they have verity and tanks are well maintained.
The staff member's are very welcoming and assist with all my new pets some Ghost Shrimp and two Gold fish with black stripes patterns on their backs. My aquarium has live plants called java fern. I have them in my 10-gallon cube aquarium. I feel calm and relaxed at home looking at my fish in my aquarium. 🗣️ Peace and Blessings 🙏😇
