I want to share that experienced one of the most unprofessional and rude phone calls I have had from one veterinary office to another. Dr. Segal was beyond disrecpectful to one of our client service representatives that was attempting to get records on a mutual client. Our employee was told by Dr. Segal "what do you need them for? They can not come to you and see us, they need to pick a vet. I am marking them inactive". We simply requested vaccine history and received nothing but refusal and anger. When I called back to enquire why Dr. Segal felt the need to speak to a staff member like that, she hung up on me. I informed the owner of Dr. Segal's behavior and refusal to send over records, to which they inferred this response seemed to be a normal from Dr. Segal. I see this is a common thre

There's no other place I'd rather take my cats. Dr. Siegel is the best there is, and I trust her to just be honest with me. It's not the sort of place you get told to just do the most expensive option every time. It's the kind of place where you get told what the real solution to a problem is

This cat Hospital is a best kept secret in Owings Mills. Dr. Siegel is a hands on , relatable, excellent veterinarian. She has treated at least three of my cats over many years. She will also make.house calls like a country doctor. She is very good at what she does. I couldn't see any other doctor caring for my beloved fur babies. Dr. Siegel is very thorough, explains everything, you can stay with your baby, and Dr. Is very knowledgeable. Her demeanor is calm, and she puts you at ease.

I absolutely love Doc and her crew!! They have been taking care of my menagerie of cats for quiet sometime. She really cares about the animals is very knowledgeable. She is very good at dealing with and handling one of my cats who is VERY bad but adorable (AKA Murder Mittens Monroe.) He always looks so amazing after his groom!! I am so lucky to have found a Vet like herself, and her prices are very reasonable. I have nothing but positive things to say.

A big thank you to Dr.Siegal and staff for allowing me to bring Callie a feral cat I had been feeding for 6 years right in on a Sunday. She had not been feeling well and was having a hard time breathing. Although she was not going to get any better I still appreciated the chance to get her medical attention quickly.
