PetSmart

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago, it's bigger, better stocked than the other PetSmart's I usually visit. Huge treat selection. Every staff member was polite, I really enjoyed talking to the cashier girl (can't remember her name I think it was Sadie but it was spelled differently tall Hispanic girl.) She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. Will stop here again if I'm in the area

The grooming center at this location is great, I like to thank Chris for doing an amazing amazing job. I honestly couldn’t believe how well he groomed my labradoodle. He was very informative and helped me with all my questions, I will be using him from now on. My pup was so happy!!

I love petsmart in orem, I have come for years and have almost exclusively bought pet fish from here! In the past I have had great costumer service expeshually the girl with Grey hair( so sorry I dont know her name) she has always been so sweet and glad to help when I need it! Today I brought my sister in to help get her started with her fish tank. We were buying fish that i have had for years that have thrived and still alive! We had a new girl that i had never seen before help us. She did not seem super happy to help, but maybe she was having a hard day. But anyways when we mentioned we had a 5 gallon tank and wanted to get the small sucker fish, not the pleco ones, she said we would need a 10 gallon tank. Which I was grateful for the information! Got a great groom for our not-so-mini Aussie. Heather did a great job. I wish they would send the invoice to my email so I could pay at the register without having to stop in the salon.

Brought our Persian/Ragdoll kitten to get groomed for her first time here (sorely needed, her hair had some bad mats we couldn’t get out at home.) we drop her off and we’re barely out the door when the very condescending worker who took our kitty called back and said they couldn’t take her because she was panting. The policy isn’t my issue. My issue was her complete lack of helpfulness and her condescending rudeness. It felt like she just wanted to shove us out the door and didn’t want to deal with it. But we asked her if there was any way they could help or some advice for us because we need our kitten groomed desperately and all she KEPT saying (like 10 times) was “sorry but our policy says” she even took it off the wall and pointed at it and said “as you know we can’t change the rules
