Pet medical services has been a truly great vet experience. I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for my bearded dragon, who needed a large mass surgically removed from his tail. He walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions no matter what it was. I sometimes worried that because I have a lizard, not a dog or cat that he might be treated as “not as valuable/important” as a dog or cat. But here, he was so loved by the staff and it genuinely warmed my heart to see how much the techs were excited to see him doing well post-surgery. Some came in just to see him. The staff and Dr Hansen worked hard on his surgery and gave us very good instructions to keep him feeling good and recovering well after his surgery. his stitches look great, and he’s doing so much better now. I’ve been taking my cat to here for ~1yr now. The staff is friendly, the building and exam rooms are clean, and we’ve never had to wait more than 10min to be seen. Dr. Loyola and the vet techs are always very patient when I ask a thousand and one questions and are really great about translating veterinary lingo into terms I can understand. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone in Utah Valley!

Best vet experience I have ever had. The front counter team welas friendly and helpful and fast. The tech was so kind to us and our dog and she pulled up pricing and helped us answer our questions. Dr. Loyola was very patient with our picky husky and coached us to help keep our dog comfortable while she did the exam. I can tell she is prioritizing the dog while also giving straight forward and practical recommendations.

Brought my dog in for the first time for yearly vaccines and a check on his ache (he's gettin' older) and the staff was great. They prioritized getting us in a room so he wasn't anxious/excited by the environment and other animals. The exam rooms are set up nicely --- less clinical more cozy so he could sit next to me one a little bench thing. This helped his anxiety a lot. Every staff member he met was sweet to him and gave him little pets and treats. When the doctor came in she was very knowledgable and took a lot of time to understand my concerns, examine him and make sure I understood options and treatment plans and generally how to bet care for my dog as he moves into his golden years. I had my dog in for a sedated nail trimming. While treating her they noticed a very loose tooth and pulled it, and even removed some tartar from her other teeth while she was sedated without even charging me for the extra care and attention to my beloved pet! That’s genuine care, compassion, and concern!
