Had a little trouble with an online order so I went in store and the young lady Courtney at the register helped me sort it all out! Very professional and friendly. Kyle helped me select another product I was looking for and made sure to carry everything out to my car. Very polite and professional young man. Both of these employees should get kudos for their exemplary customer service.

Update: Another wonderful experience with Swan. Not only did she book all 3 of my pups with herself when there were no online openings, she made them all look fabulous and NO TRAUMA (big deal for my senior chihuahuas). She is incredible and I hope she gets serious recognition for her great work. Swan did my pup’s first full grooming and she did amazing. My dog was very happy and looked great. To note, my pup is a high energy Aussie mix and has never had any grooming except the required baths after digging holes and getting covered in red dirt

I thought this was a good choice by establishing my pets care here and I’m starting to get very discouraged. I should have been done got the testing results back for my dog and it has been a month. My rating is based off customer service because at this point it’s horrible and no one has a number to contact the lab. Grooming- On December 21 I took my dog in this location to get groomed, as we were running a little late in which I called ahead and let the know. I not sure of the ladies names that was there that day but there were three of them. The one that was scheduled to groom my dog was just now coming back from lunch and seemed upset about us being late and seemed to take it out on my dog. She butchered my dogs haircut and then my dog tried to bite so she didn’t have to finish. Needle

After calling several Banfield Pet Hospitals , we were able to get our dog in. Sam was very nice on the phone and helpful when we got there.
