PetSmart

I really like PetSmart for Pet Supply needs. I wasn't impressed with the first Bearded Dragon I purchased there. It passed within hours. However l, We had much better luck with the Geckos. Their pet supplies selection is really good,I always find what came in for and more. And their prices are some of the most reasonable. Id really like it if they opened up more registers, a waiting to check out usually takes forever. Higher volume stores need more staff.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful! Evelyn in particular was so informative, nice, overall awesome. We ended up leaving with a hamster and all the necessities thanks to her advice. Would recommend this location especially if you have any questions as a new time pet owner!!

We have been going to PetSmart to buy pet supplies for a while now, and usually the service is good. We had a very sad experience recently. We went in to buy two fancy goldfish for what was going to be a nicely sized setup. We told the lady helping us that we currently have a smaller quarantine tank for them and we don't have the bigger one yet. She said she could only sell us one and gave us a big hassle about it, but we agreed and walked out with a seemingly nice looking fish but as soon as we started driving home we noticed its fins rotting and literally falling off, it was almost dead within the 15 minute drive home. I decided to acclimate the fish and see if I could save it. Long story short the fish died within 5 mins of being in the tank, we were very disappointed. I understand tha

Pet Smart is a wonderful place! I've used pet smart for dog obedience classes. The trainer, Marion is the best. The groomer I've been going to, Chris, is excellent. He is kind, patient and does a fantastic job. When pet smart days they'll do anything for your pet, they mean it!!

Its a good pet store but seems like I spend forever waiting in line to check out everytime
