We have been taking our dog here Sadie for 8 years and have always loved it. We love the monthly pet plan. We have been seeing Dr Bean lately - I’ve loved all of the vets and the staff! We even drive from out of town now that we’ve moved. Your pet will be loved and well taken care of here.

Everyone was amazing with our Lulu and shes a fiesty one when she dont you but they showed their patience with her and I deeply appreciate them for this. They got her in quick and out quick a 2 hour window but she needed observation from her shots she received. Thank you we will be back.

Great vets BUT OWP buyers beware. I had my two senior dogs enrolled in OWP plans here. Dr Hetrick & Dr. Bean are wonderful vets- knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional--I'd give them both 5 stars. However, Banfield as a corporation is the problem. Staff struggle with their computer system constantly and more time is required by staff to enter things in the system than with patients or their owners. (I even mentioned this directly to the regional director that was visiting who also managed to delay my pet's appointment because she called a staff meeting). Additionally the time you have to spend on an appointment whether it's a drop off or in room is a minimum of an hour to 3 hours. The clinic is understaffed at all levels. We have taken our dog Tucker here for 7 years, he’s so healthy. We bring our newer adoptions in now and they take care of them just as well. We trust Banfield but continue to have issues with check ins esp. We are waiting 45 minutes to over an hour just to drop our pets off, and then pick up often takes just as long so it’s distressing for our cat esp. We have had few issues, but the biggest one is we feel that the staff number has decreased since we started bringing Tucker in 2017. We see employees running in and out of the front, multiple people answer the same line and it seems that in general there is a lack of organization due to a lack of staff and no time to communicate.
