Some of the negative reviews here are misleading because the groomers here are awesome! Arlo and Nom Nom always look amazing whenever they are groomed here. Plus, the floor staff and managers are always busy and helping customers and taking care of the animals and fish wall. Probably THE best PetSmart around and I've been to a lot in the St. Louis area. The store and salon are always neat and orderly. Whoever is in charge is doing a great job and all of the staff that keeps this place going.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE OFALLON PETSMART: There’s an employee by the name of Megan W that groomed my dog on 8 Oct that had the AUDACITY to ask my husband if our dog has allergies to cover up her mistake. She cut her eye and didn’t have the integrity to fess up on it. I’ve been going here since 2021 and I have never had this issue. I’m disappointed and disgusted that there are people out there like her that can give service like this and go on about their day. This isn’t something I should have to worry about while I am deployed.

Fine job on the dog. I got a beat down for not staying in the store, after being told it would be 45 minutes and I’d be called. They called me in 15 minutes apparently, but I missed the call. Then called me a liar when I showed up. Informed me they don’t kennel. Then I paid $70, and left feeling like I was a bad person? Weird dog grooming experience for me. I don’t think I’m coming back.

Megan W cut my dog’s face during her last grooming appointment and didn’t even make us aware of the injury. We contacted the groomer and management said they’d have Megan call us, yet she never did. All other groomers at this store have been fantastic in my past experience. But Megan wasn’t accountable for her actions and didn’t own up to her mistake. Mistakes happen, that’s fine, but I’m NOT okay with my dog being hurt and the groomer pretending nothing happened. Today a decent chunk of hair and skin fell off my dog’s face because of the cut. I took her to the vet and she only needs medicine to heal, thank goodness. Don’t use Megan to groom your dog. The lack of professionalism in owning up to the mistake she made negates any skill she may have as a groomer. Book with literally anyone els

Loved the selection. You always come out with more than you went in for. I would have like to see staff out on the floor to ask questions on products. Most employees were engaged with each other, though. Very colorful and unique!
