I brought my little one in for a puppy cut & his face is cut very unevenly! His nails on his paws are cut too low or seem barely cut at all! $58 for something I could have done the same way or better at home by watching YouTube videos! I WILL NEVER BRING MY FUR BABY BACK! I can only imagine the terror he went through! Although the staff was nice, his ending results are a huge disappointment! If you’re wondering who did his appointment, it was Nicole S, maybe she’s good with other groomings but for my baby, it was no good!

Grooming for my dog takes forever. Don't understand why my small dog takes 4-5 hours here when it's 1-2 hours anywhere else. They also lost my dog's tag. Haircut looks fine. Not 4 hours fine though

Placed a in store order for pick up that was a disaster at pick up but the manager Craig went above and beyond to fix the issue. My dog has allergies and is on a restricted diet. I was very upset for the inconvenience but you fixed the issue in less than 24hrs and I was not expecting that at all. So for that effort I can only be grateful & appreciative. Thank you!

Other than my two pups coming back clean and well cared for, there’s nothing good I can say about their recent haircut. When I originally called for an appointment, I asked for an experienced groomer since I have two cocker spaniels and they require more detailed grooming. I was told I was getting the person who is in charge of that store location and has been there for years. When I dropped them off, I realized two different girls were grooming each of my pups. I had an open mind and showed them pics of their previous cut and what I wanted. Also, they were groomed 4-5 weeks earlier, so they had a great base line to follow. When I picked them up, I noticed their top knot was left long,

Another one register run place. I once encountered a shelve stocking situation where I became invisible. Was gonna buy something in the area. I even hovered. Leaving was a better option.
