Joshua is the first person I’ve ever came across in this chain who genuinely knew what he was talking about and is truly sympathetic about these aquatic lives. He knows every type of species and has a deep understanding of aquatic knowledge. Pet-smart should consider investing in this young man’s future before another company does.

I used the grooming services and my dogs are happy every time I take them.

It is hit or miss here. Some employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes they are well stocked, others not so much. It is also not kept very clean.

The people at this PetSmart are knowledgeable, friendly, and I feel like they care about the animals that they have. They do a good job of keeping inventory. The store is clean. No complaints.

Indignant young salesperson refused to sell 3 tiger barbs without a water sample to this 65 y/o who has had salt, brackish and freshwater tanks for 50 years. I’ll take my business back to House of Fins where you’re treated with respect as a hobbyist.
