Neon Dog

Milo looks so cute. We love Julianna, she’s great and very attentive to detail. I simply just explain to her as well as show her previous pictures of Milo’s grooming haircuts and she executes every time. Thank you neon dog for such a great experience.

I love Neon Dog! They always accommodate my 2 large dogs at the same time for my convenience and they do an amazing job grooming! The boyz come out happy and refreshed! Clean, fluffy, smelling great and nails tightly clipped! I highly recommend!

Unfortunately had a horrible experience this week. Our dog got a full grooming and, even though the actual cut was nice, the groomer cut him severely under his belly with the razor that warranted a trip to the vet. After discussing with the owner, they only provided an excuse as to why it’s not their fault, stating “it was a sterile blade”. On top of that, he smelled like gland leakage since the appointment. Will not be returning.

Update - I had the owner Luis reach out to me and he helped to resolve my concerns. After taking him back to Neon Dog this afternoon, Frankie is looking great again. I really appreciate the prompt action on Luis’ part and understand that work is being done to improve customer service as well as with their new groomers. We will continue to rely upon Neon Dog for Frankie’s grooming needs and recommend them to all Fairfield County dog owners! —- I’ve had great experiences here, but my latest groom today with my dog was subpar and I’m not sure I am going to be coming back. I brought my doodle Leo for the first time for a bath and a haircut! He was very VERY nodded! My appointment was at 3:30 and by 5 he was all set! We used to go to a bigger chain and it was usually 3/4 hours! They were quick and good, Leo was not scared at all and they did a very good job 🥰 staff was absolutely nice and they even gave me a few tips on how to brush him right! I would definitely recommend, thank you from Leo
