PetSmart

I stopped by this PetSmart to look for dog treats that I was going to get for my neighbor dog. I came before lunch so I was able to find parking easily. When you walk inside the store, the dog treats are on the left side of the store at the first aisle. I was looking for turkey liver treats since that's what my neighbor dog likes. I couldn't find the dog treats so I walked around the store. I saw the grooming area but there was not pets there. I saw some fish tank and fish toward the back of the store. There only cashier checkout station at this store.

⚠️ Serious issue with contaminated cat food purchased at this store. I bought two bags of cat food here, and shortly after opening them I discovered worms/larvae and small flying insects in my cat’s bowl. At first, I thought it might be an isolated incident, but within a couple of days the infestation spread to all opened and unopened bags of cat food in my home, including older bags that were stored nearby. My cats had eaten this food before I noticed the problem, and now they are experiencing digestive issues — very loose stools and visible discomfort. This is extremely dangerous for pets’ health. I have photo and video evidence. I attempted to submit an official complaint through the PetSmart website, but the form keeps showing an error, and their support email is no longer monitore

Returns are a hassle. Cindy's a great trainer. Santiago is very accommodating and helpful, even though I wasn't able to log into my app and will have to follow up about trying to get any points for the training I purchased. I finally was able to log into the app after a private session but Santiago, who I thought was the manager, has left for the day. I was able to find the female store manager, however, she is suspicious, unfriendly, and did not want to help. She said she'll forward my message to Santiago and he will deal with the points when he returns in two days.

This is smaller than other stores, clean ans super nice staff. Before I came to the store I had checked some dog treats online which the site these were available, Unfortunately once I got to the store they were not.

Today we brought our dogs in for their Valentine party for pets very nice my dog's got some treats and some photos they had a good time
