Bark N Collar

I have a Pomeranian who hates getting groomed and has severe anxiety. I had not taken him grooming for over 2 years due to groomers being unable to handle him, and I would have to wash him myself. I reached out to Bark N Collar and got a response back immediately from Randy. He assured me he has experience with these types of dogs and to bring him in. I brought in my dog the same day. Sure enough, Randy was very patient and able to gain my dog's trust fairly quickly. I am so happy with the service! They work one-on-one with dogs so the dogs are not distracted by other dogs there and get all the attention to themselves. My dog smells amazing, so clean and fluffy. I finally found a groomer that my dog feels comfortable with. Thank you guys so much!

Randy was quick to answer my initial call and communicated with me via text until my standard poodle's appointment. Upon arrival Randy meet us out front and recognized Cody's shyness. He asked many clarifying questions. I had a photo of how I wanted Cody groomed, he had me send it to him. Randy gave us an approximate time and text 30 minutes before Cody was done. I appreciate this because I never want my dog wanting if I can be there when he is ready to leave. When we picked Cody up he was groomed EXACTLY how I wanted and he was wagging his tail and jumping around. He obviously had a good time with Randy. The price was very competitive and we will be returning. The kicker was the funny bath picture that Randy sent (Cody hates baths). We loved them!!!
