Yesterday, i was the return some cat food and bought some as well. The old white cashier lady was so rude to me with no reason from the beginning. Feels like she is racist against asian or returning stuff made her mad. Anyway, never going there again. Worst experience

This gets a 4 instead of a three because the manager who helped get product for me was very helpful and prompt. If he hadn't been around though, I would have felt kind of lost. I went to the register with two products to see if there was someone to ask about them. I had to wait for a cashier to show up, and when one did, there was no "hello" or "did you find everything ok". They just walked around the counter and said "phone number?" I had to ask them to repeat themselves, because I was a little taken aback. When I work register, I start with a greeting. When I said that I just had a question in regards to the product, I got this blank stare in return, like they had never been posed a question before. I come to this store like 3 times a week to get crickets and food for all my animals. today their power is out. ALL OF DEERFIELD power was out. and i asked the gentleman for 100 crickets and was going to pay with $100$ and let him keep the change. instead he told me to find a different store to go to or come back later. how disrespectful. horrible customer service.

Pet smart, we need to have a little chat smh. First of all, they tried to refuse service to my pet parrot because of my “tone of voice” even though I was speaking in a formal manner! Once I got the manager involved they accepted my pet parrot gleep. Downright irrisponsible of them. Next, they absolutely shaved my parrot down while he was getting his claw medication. I left him there overnight and when I went to retrieve him, he was yelling curse words at my 4 year old son! I cannot believe this! We need to have a chat about this petsmart! My lawyers will not be happy with this!

I recently took my dog to Petsmart Northbrook Grooming Salon for a grooming session, and I am beyond disappointed. I explicitly asked for a light trim, but instead, they completely shaved my dog! This is not only a blatant disregard for my instructions but also an extreme and unnecessary measure. When I picked her up, I was shocked and heartbroken to see her like that. No one informed me that the person cutting her hair was inexperienced, and I wish they had said something before making such a drastic mistake. While they did give me my money back, I'm still very upset. My dog looks unrecognizable and is clearly uncomfortable without her fur. A refund doesn't make up for the distress and discomfort caused to my dog. I paid for a professional grooming service and expected them to listen t
