EVS Pet Urgent Care of Northbrook

Our elderly cats ear puffed up, and my regular vet had no same day appointments. After calling around, a local vet recommended we take him to the vet that is located in the PetSmart. They took us right in. Dr. Weller and her assistant were amazing. Very professional, empathetic, kind, and informative. They were able to diagnose and treat him, and the expense was reasonable. Highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Omg!!! They did a stellar service!!!! They were so sweet very informative very compassionate. I felt very comfortable and they explained everything very thoroughly. Great place I will definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you to the lovely ladies that made my chicken feel a whole lot better. Dr. Weller and her incredible staff provided exceptional care for our dog. They saw him right away, no waiting, just compassionate, professional attention. Their caring approach and clear communication put us at ease, and they gave him the top-notch treatment he needed to recover quickly. We couldn’t recommend this team more highly!

Cooper had a troubling cough and our regular vet could not get us in for several days, so I brought him into urgent care where Dr Monica and Ewlina took excellent care, spent extra time answering questions and even cut up his medication for me. Recommend.

This urgent care is awesome! They really came in clutch for us; we found a kitten late Saturday afternoon and all the vets around were either closed or didn't take walk-ins. We were able to come here first thing Sunday morning and were seen quickly. Everyone was really nice and it was affordable. If you have a pet situation that isn't an emergency but you can't get into the vet office, definitely come here!!
