I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve taken my dog Benji to the groomers here countless of times and today was the first time that they had issues. Normally he’s well taken care of by Montana and others, I was even told that he was a favorite. My complaint is Kayla - she gave me a call saying we had to come get him because apparently he urinated twice and was unable to be given a bath. I called back and asked what exactly happened and the person I spoke to said we needed to come get him. I asked if there’s anybody else there to take care of Benji then specifically asked for a manager and was told that I could speak to a manager once I get there. She also stated that based on my account, it was our first visit which was absolutely not true. Once we got there to pick him up, I confronted one of t

PetSmart is just a good, dependable store. Every time I stop by, it’s easy to find what I’m looking for and the place is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and willing to help if you need something, but they also let you browse without any pressure, which I like. They’ve got everything from food and treats to toys and grooming supplies, so it’s kind of a one-stop shop for pets. Nothing bad to say at all — it’s just a solid store that makes taking care of your pets a lot easier.

If i could put zero stars i would, honestly service was pretty good but what is this? After i picked my puppy up from the groomers they said in person that he did fantastic and just struggled a little bit with getting his nails trimmed. Never once mentioned him nipping at them or anything and completely failed to inform me that he is no longer allowed to get groomed here except from this email that I received almost 8 hours later???? What puppy isn’t gonna nip at you when you put a hair trimmer in their face? If he was an adult dog i could understand but this was literally his first ever “professional” groom. Ridiculous if you ask me. Will not be returning at all even for food/treats or toys.

I'm very grateful for a wonderful experience with the grooming department here! My dog is extremely anxious and they did everything they could to make her feel as calm and comfortable as possible! She also looked absolutely adorable! Would definitely recommend! Can't wait to bring her back for her next appointment!

Very friendly employees, and clean bathroom! My mother loves her cat and gets him special prescription food. The employee at the checkout explained to her how she could get it renewed. Great customer service 👍👍 just be prepared to ask an employee for a door code to use the bathroom. Maybe that is why they are so clean...
