JO'S PET SPA

Ive been coming for years and i set a appointment sometime in the middle of the week and got in Saturday, got me in really fast which i loved because my baby's needed to be groomed badly and my long hair dog was matted and was able to get it out which I'm very thankful for knowing that its only 2 of them working i walked in and she said it will be a couple hours because they had a-lot of dogs which was completely fine and reasonable and when i picked them up they looked so good, smelt good and they have st patty's day color bandanas. LOVE THEM 100% RECOMMEND very gentle with your baby's and give them loves ! And you cant beat these prices anywhere ! 🩷😁

My appt was at 1030 and my dog wasn't finished until 5. Unacceptable! They did the opposite of what I asked and cut off all of his hair. I will never bri g my dog here again smh *Edit* Ma'am you texted me 4 hours after his appointment time and said you were running behind abd I said NO PROBLEM. He still wasn't ready for another 2.5 hours. My dog is small abd he was not matted to the point that it took that long to groom him. You shaved all his hair off because you were rushing. His cut is ugly. Don't make excuses. You are unprofessional and will never touch my dog again. I will make sure to spread the word. Good day!

Great staff! Shes great with my timid fur baby. Im tahnkful for her and always suggest her place. Its always booked so keep up with that. But WORTH IT! Reasonable price and loving to my dog which really matters!
