PetSmart

My visits were far from pleasant. I come here a handful of times a month. The employee you have at the front has an issue (RACIST) with Hispanics. She is a cashier and has the sweetest attitude with other individuals but will stare at Hispanics with the ugliest smirk. It is truly sad that in 2026, there are individuals that still do this. Especially as a grown adult! I checked online and it states “PetSmart demonstrates a commitment to anti-racism and inclusion through its Code of Ethics, which prohibits discrimination based on race”. Workers should be properly trained and take the time to read the Code Of Ethics.

Me and my buddies were looking around when the manager Im assuming aggressively approached us asking me directly if we needed help with anything. I said no, he then proceeded to ask about the item I had put in my pocket and asked if i was going to pay for it. It was very upsetting and disrespectful given we were still walking around the store. The entire interaction was rude and hostile for no real reason. I assume he thought I was going to steal because I am young, but that does not give anyone the right to assume my intentions while we were simply looking at the animals before checking out.

PetSmart is my absolute favorite store for all my pet’s needs! They always have a great variety of products — from food and treats to toys, grooming supplies, and more. Every time I visit, the shelves are well stocked, and I can always find exactly what I’m looking for. The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. It’s truly a one-stop shop for every pet owner!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to pets. I went to PetSmart to learn more about caring for my newly adopted cats. I was able to get the attention of a staff member who was busy, but wasn’t actively assisting a customer at the time. The staff member happened to have owned cats themselves, and went out of their way to offer recommendations based on the things that work well for them. Pets offer emotional support for their families. Caring for pets helps ensure everyone involved live happy and healthy lives. I hope this workplace isn’t one that often becomes too overwhelming, because in my experiences at PetSmart, the customer service is top notch!

Not atal happy with the customer service☹️I was there today to get some fish,and was seeking for help to buy some more fishes,but there for no one on the floor to help me,I went to the reception and ask Ryan(employee) to help me out,he said he will send someone,I waited so long but no one came,at the end I just got out with whatever I found to the reception to pay,he(Ryan) was standing there only,but he didn’t even bother to ask me if I got the help or if I found what I was looking for,definitely not going back over there again,so disappointed 😞
