Disappointing experience at this grooming salon. I brought my Labrador for a scheduled appointment, and the groomer, Ruby, immediately made scared faces, saying she was uncomfortable handling him. She claimed two people were needed for a bath and that they didn’t have enough staff, then refused service. When the manager asked if she would at least try, she promptly declined. Labradors are a common medium-to-large breed, and other PetSmart locations have had no issues. This felt unprofessional, poorly managed, and wasted my time. I would not recommend this location for medium or large dogs.

I visited this PetSmart location recently, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. One of the employees, I believe her name was Trish, was extremely unprofessional and had a very rude, standoffish attitude toward me and my daughter. Her behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it definitely wasn't the level of customer service I expect when shopping here. There is no excuse for an employee to speak to customers the way she did or carry herself with such a hostile, disgusting attitude.

Went there for a medical grooming. Dropped my dog off at 8am, they called at 11am they said they couldn't cut him. We went to pick him and they wanted to charge us $85 for (office visit) nothing was done. After us complaining they finally said we didn't have to pay the fee. Crazy!

I was just there PetSmart in Mt Laurel. I was very happy with the groomers.Their work with my cat my babies,I was talking to them when they were shaved her I could see my baby, she wasn't meowing or trying to get away.Rose was very gentle with Asia and me🙂pleased

Really not a great experience. I own several pets of different species so I'm in pet stores quite a bit. And with the kids' school starting, Ill be near this area rather frequently now and decided to stop in today for the first time. Primary reason was for some live bait for a couple of turtles. Worm containers had rot and mold inside them 🤢. I can tolerate bugs but opening different containers to rotting, slimy dead ones was honestly rather disturbing to stomach through. I didn't find any good ones so I asked for help (from a nearby employee who looked like they really couldnt be bothered to help 😒), they went to the back and brought out a single container that was healthy and told me it was the only one they had 😣.
