Late night on January 8th, I had to bring my 9 year old shepherd mix Logan to Red Bank Vet Hospital in Mt. Laurel. He had a distended belly, pale gums, was not eating & was very lethargic. We didn't even have a chance to sit down in the waiting room before they came out to ask about him. They took him right back to check him out while I checked in at the front desk. We were then taken back to an exam room. Logan was seen by Dr. Diffie. She came in to deliver the bad news that he had a mass on spleen & he was bleeding internally. This came as a shock since we were not expecting such a bleak prognosis. Dr. Diffie was very kind when delivering the news as well as our options & told us to take as much time as we needed to make our decision. While the decision was not easy, we knew the right th

Your pet is family. When something goes terribly wrong it's essential that you pick the best. I called Red Bank before I drove Buddy an hour for treatment. From the minute the comforting voice answered the phone to the day I picked him back up I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. They treated our dog as if he were their own. We were a wreck and they kept us up to date and fully informed. They recognized the issue immediately and did their best to treat him appropriately. I felt confident in their care. I know I wouldn't have come home with our 13 yr old Shih tzu if it weren't for the experience of this staff. Buddy will require additional treatment and I will be continuing his care in this facility because I want the very best for him. Thank you Red Bank Veterinary Ho

Doctor Lindsey was very helpful and informative. We didn't have to wait for staff to take our 6 year old cat back to triage and soon after, Doctor Lindsey came to speak with us. She was kind and patient, and she allowed us to ask all of our questions without feeling rushed. After blood work and X-rays from another facility showed nothing was obviously wrong, she told us she thought it was neurological. There wasn't much that could be done at Red Bank on a Saturday morning, as there was no neurologist on site, but we did set an appointment up for Monday so more testing could be done. We ended up canceling those tests because our baby declined when we got him home that day. Thanks to Doctor Lindsey, when he destabilized, we knew to find a facility that had a neurologist. He had an MRI that s

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to the entire staff at Red Bank. From the moment we walked in, I knew my pup was in amazing hands. Unfortunately, my 12 year old little best friend caught leptospirosis and needed to be taken in immediately. Dr DiBenedetto and his staff took incredible care of my girl who needed to be in isolation and immediate meds to recover. He called regularly with updates on how she was doing and providing full transparency on all costs associated with her recovery. Thankfully, Dezzy was able to see improvements in her health and after almost 4 days was discharged. The staff (shoutout to Gabbie) gave me a full rundown of all the medicine and things to be done in the days after my dogs release. We came back for routine bloodwork to keep an eye on her recovery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Trust the whole staff with other pets lives. Other doctors kept saying nothing was wrong with our dog while his health deteriorated. But Red Bank was able to save him and he’s living his best life again. Can’t thank them again for saving our boy.
