I just want to shout out Sarah Jo & Jesse for their excellent service and kindness. I was out of my dry dog food (the only one my dog can eat) and there were no more bags on the shelf. When I asked if they had anymore in the back, Sarah Jo messaged Jesse and asked. Yes! There were some that had been just delivered that day ~ Jesse dug it out for us. Sarah Jo also helped me so kindly with the Pet SmartApp. Together they helped us so much! I cannot thank you enough! Very kind and hardworking! 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed cat toothpaste and was pleased they had some variety! My cat cannot have anything fish flavored, so I was pleased to see that they also had a chicken flavored option. They also have a good variety of grooming supplies and toys. My cat really loves the shiny crinkly ball toys, but she lost hers, and Walmart doesn't sell them right now, so I was relieved to find some here.

Horrible experience! Threatened by the “manager” of the grooming salon, lies about many things, including services provided. They don’t do the work they are supposed to do. I brought my dogs in- they were gone for 2 hours and only got a bath and nail trim. Nothing else and I paid for a clean up. $130 later, my girls got a bath and were still extremely wet when I picked them up. Eyes still all nasty, sanitary area not cleaned, pads not cleaned, etc. tried to go in today and have them make it right. They were NASTY to us! We did get $20 back for each dog. They know they didn’t do their jobs. Be careful when you go there. You will be overcharged for services not provided. I will NEVER step foot in Monticello pet smart again. The salon is a joke.
