Man's Best Friend Grooming

Jill and her coworker are amazing with my dogs. Until now I have been terrified of anyone grooming our newest rescue dogs as I've heard so many horror stories of groomers. Jill and her coworker Linnea immediately put me at ease and my dogs are excited to go to her. They race to the door when we drive up and could careless when I come to pick them up. Ha. Jill is very good and gentle with them, she is great at communicating to me during and after the appointment so we are on the same page. I'm so thankful I found her through a referral. Keep up the good work Jill.

Jill has groomed my dogs over 14 years. I tried a different groomer here or there (scheduling ) and no one compares. She helped my very anxious dog get through the grooming then as he got dementia, she worked with his special senior needs and communicating when needed as to what was best for him. I will continue with my other dog. She truly is the best!!

I'm not sure what happened here, but I called and spoke to this woman on the phone who was very rude about me having the wrong number for a different salon. My parents had been trying to get in touch with the groomer they knew for over a week, leaving several messages and texting this number. Instead of calling them back or responding to the text she just kept ignoring them. Finally, I called and the woman snapped at me that we had the wrong number. She did tell me what salon I was actually looking for, which is why I gave them 2 starts instead of 1. It just wouldn't have taken that much effort to get back to a couple of confused old people and not be snippy with me when I called to follow up.

Jill had been grooming my dog for 13 years! I absolutely love her and her staff. They treat my dog Lily as if she is their own. They do a wonderful job grooming Lily! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I highly recommend Man’s Best Friend.

I’ve been taking my pets to Jill for about 20 years. After I retired my husband and I adopted two Westies. They can be pistols and I’m not capable of bathing and brushing. Jill always makes them pretty and I’d not trust anyone else to care for my loves.
