Took my Yorkie in for a cut and wash i was quoted a price of $57 that was fine. I get there explain to the young groomer just how I wanted him clipped we went over an over it. She seemed to understand that I wanted the hair left on his legs and a full goatee trimmed a little. I am 2 miles down the road an she calls saying she cut all the hair off his legs. Said she was sorry yada yada yada an that she would get me a discount. And mind you she up charged me to $67 because of how I wanted his legs. I couldn't say much fur was gone. When I get there hours later to pick him up he has NO goatee to talk a out fur on his legs gone and my $57 dollar charge was now $60 & tax. Didn't even refund me the money for the up charge on my "special" request for his leg fur. I am done with the place

The grooming is absolutely horrible. Moved here from Louisiana and my dog never had a problem getting his nails trimmed or pad fur clipped. Came here and they didnt tell me until the 2nd visit, when I mentioned that his nails and paws were not done well the previous time, that they did not do them the last time. The supervisor claimed that my dog was the problem, but this had never been an issue with past groomers back home. So i can only assume that the groomer is inexperienced and doesn't have the confidence to take control with a husky. Dogs can feel when the human is intimidated and this breed is known for it. I had to take him to banfield and pay for his nails to be trimmed bc they created a veterinary problem by neglecting his nails and pads. The groomer told me that we could part w

Don’t waste your money on the birds ! They will die within 3 weeks! You can only get a refund within 14 days ! They know these damn birds are sick! Save yourself $50 and spend it on something else! Smh just sad they selling these sick birds to people for them to die within 3 weeks(outside of refund window).

This store is laid out neatly and efficiently! I was looking for a birthday toy for my nephew pup, and I asked one of the managers for a recommendation. Andrew was so helpful and nice! He recommended a strong toy for a chewy Corgi, and he loved it! I was very impressed with the knowledge and selection at this PetSmart. I would definitely recommend!
