No matter what you do, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT*** PURCHASE**** RAT/MICE/ ANY FROZEN FEEDERS here. They used to get their stock in the freezer before the shipment defrosted, rodents etc. I even mentioned how pleased I was with the quality. I don’t know what the actual dumb hell on earth happened, but these feeders are very clearly defrosting and decomposing before being re froze and sold to us as customers. My snakes were so ready to eat, if I fed them these, I would have likely killed them by giving them spoiled product. The rats guts literally spilled onto my floor!!!!! And the mice were right behind. Store people very nice However the grooming staff are terrible. Not sure which one of the little girls hung up on me during a conversation but that is not how you do business. Either dee or McKenzie. I had 2 dogs booked for grooming. One for each of them. And one of them called to verify what was being done. After they stated they wouldn’t recommend shaving the behind area of my dog I asked for my appt to be cancelled and they immediately hung up on me and then wanted to be cute and not answer my calls. So I drove into the store to speak to management. I spend a lot of money in petsmart in Millville and this is how you treat your customers. I can only imagine how they treat the animals that can’t speak up while they are there for grooming. Never will I bring any of my dogs back to their g

when scheduling a grooming appointment for my two Wheaton Terriers I specifically asked what staff member was knowledgeable in terms of grooming a Wheaton Terrier? We were assigned a groomer and once again I inquired about the the skill level for grooming Wheatons. Much to my disappointment my dogs were poorly groomed! I am not a groomer but could have done a better job. My dogs did not even smell clean! After MANY years of using their services this is my final time. Their grooming department leaves much to be desired. I am too ashamed to leave a photo of my dogs.

These folks are just TOPS!!! Helped Me with My high energy pup I was given 5 days before. He shakes his leash & escapes his harness like Houdini!! Picked up a Kong harness & collar. I highly recommended this location!! Kong collar & carabeaner…Now My Best Buddy Can’t escape.
