PetSmart Grooming

I’ve been taking my dogs to PetsMart Groomers in Millville for almost 8 years. Aside from a few isolated incidents, my dogs have always received a good grooming experience and look/ smell great. My experience however, has gotten progressively worse and after today I am officially done with them. Normally i schedule my dogs grooming appointments when my husband is available to help. I have two 150lb Newfoundlands and one has a fused back knee so he can’t walk well or jump. My husband is a first responder and unfortunately he was called into work last minute. Rather than cancel the appointment last minute, I asked my parents to drop everything they were doing and help bc I also have my three year old son. I experienced an employee, at Milville Pet Smart, be rude to a customer that needed help with her dog who brought her dog in to be groomed. I was apalled. The employee was just rude, basically told the customer her time was valuable and she would have to wait. I decided this was not the place to bring my dog and left.

They do a great job at a reasonable price, they have my doggo looking and smelling great

The groomers are very nice. They take great care of my little buddy.

The guy was nice but they hardly knew about the animals
