Staff is so helpful and friendly. As my last errand of the day I got there 28 min before closing. Found everything I needed and never felt rushed. I love this store.

All in all this is a good pet store; however, there were a few items out of stock that I had to get online.

We had superb customer service from Grace in Grooming and Anthony at checkout. Everyone I’ve encountered has been knowledgeable and courteous each time we’ve gone. And Cocoa looks and feels great after his appointment.

Booked a grooming appointment at PetSmart Millburn (07041) with stylist Odalys T, and she canceled last minute saying my Samoyed would “take too much time” compared to her other smaller dogs. Completely unprofessional and unfair. If the scheduling system allows the booking, customers shouldn’t be turned away because the groomer only wants “easy” dogs. Very disappointing experience.

So after being with PETCO for over 8 years, I left them due to their LACK OF GROOMERS and unprofessional groomers with attitude! I had recommended some of my colleagues to go to PETCO in the past, and they told me they no longer go there because they were tired of calling to make appointments with late callbacks! I don't know what happened to the PETCO located in West Orange. But Ashley from PETSMART made me and furbuddy feel welcomed. With so many groomers, she took her time and kept reassuring me that my lil man was in good hands... (even though I kept peeking around the corner) So I'm gonna be SMART and stay with PETSMART! It was just time for me to let go of PETCO.
