PetSmart

I took my 6lb Cavapoo for a cut today and she came out looking like a rat! I hate it and I was so upset because despite talking about the length she shaved her all the way down anyway. To make matters worse it was uneven. Her tail doesn’t match her body I can’t wait for her hair to grow back. It looks homemade and cheap! I was sold a “Delux” package and it was not worth half of that. $75 down the drain Never again!

We took are puppy today to get the Valentine’s Day special. Jenna was such a great professional.She told us what was going to take place and about how many hours she will spend with him today. PetSmart called to say he was ready. When we picked him up our dog was looking so shiny and like new. We loved the great job that Jenna did. We really appreciate her. Thank you! 😊

I started using the groomers at PetSmart a few months ago. Jenna has done such a wonderful job with my Shih Tzu!! She is caring and professional. She takes her time and gives me feedback about him. PetSmart is lucky to have her!!

We took our new puppy for the basic obedience class. The instructor Dyana was excellent and it was well worth the time we invested and the few bucks we paid. I had successfully trained dogs before, but we definitely learned some new techniques that help a lot. Highly recommended.
