Ken is the most amazing dog trainer. He truly takes the time to work with you and your dog. He was able to work with my dog who is partially blind and deaf and teach me the tools I needed to properly train him. My dog had excited leash reactivity and within one session it was corrected. Ken is so sweet with dogs, he does not use any harsh corrective measures, he simply teaches you the best approach. He continues to text and follow up even after training is complete. He drives to you, and also drove to my parents house and worked with my mom as well so she was comfortable walking him. My dog is a whole new dog after working with Ken. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had the most amazing experience with Ken, the owner trainer, from Elton Dog Training.. I just got a four month old Argentine Dogo puppy and he is deaf. Ken was so patient, and able to provide incredible tools to communicate with this pup. He was able to immediately stop the dog from chewing and removing things from my bookcase, attacking his siblings, and so many issues I needed help with. I feel like there is hope, and I am so very grateful for Ken‘s expertise, knowledge and generosity too. Ken is amazing! He has been so flexible with our inconsistent schedule and he is so knowledgeable. We recently rescued a two year old mini golden doodle and we wanted to help her adjust to her new home since she can be a flight risk with her anxiety, skittish while meeting new people (especially males), and was having trouble learning basic commands. Ken has been so patient with both of our pups and has helped her tremendously. She even learned how to sit, which oddly was a huge milestone for her (now it’s her go to move!). We have enjoyed working with Ken and learning from his expertise. He has provided us with so many tips and tricks to help both of our dogs with daily routines, commands, etc. We would highly recommend him!

Ken was amazing! Not only was he great with our dogs but he was patient with us humans ;) We have three young pitties. I’ve used chain store training classes in the past but this was so much better! I feel like as a family we got so much more out of it. The pups were less distracted in their own environment, we were able to ask whatever questions and it was much less stressful. Ken gave us easy to use training tips and commands that we continue with now. Highly recommend!!

Ken is a great trainer that we highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Our dog (1yr old rescue) loved her sessions with him. The at-home visits were a great way for our dog (and us) to learn the initial training techniques in a comfortable, familiar setting. He even met us at Lowe's for socialization and more training practice, as well as at the town dog park per our request. We couldn't be happier with our dog's progress from shy and barking around new people, to confident and well behaved!
