To the old lady at the checkout counter maybe don't try telling people that they're harming their dogs by using slip leads on them. I've been in the veterinary field for over 14 years, I had just gotten off a 14 hr shift at an emergency veterinary hospital, I stopped by to get some chews for my dogs on my way home. I did not need the 15 minute lecture as I'm trying to checkout about how the slip leads are damaging my dogs and how I should be using a gentle leader on them instead because "people with service dogs use them" sometimes. The only people who use gentle leaders are those who are worried about controlling their dogs, they cause extensive physical damage to the dogs and are not in the dog's best interests. They used to have a good staff here, but some of the staff at night here seem like they're just there to collect money. Not friendly at all, and you can tell that they don't have a good customer service experience. The heavy-set manager doesn't even smile and is unfriendly. The other staff member was named Patience, but she had no patience. Their customer service makes you realize it's worth it to go all the way to Merritt Island Pet Supermarket for better animal quality and customer service.

OMG! …. to find Danielle in the Pet Salon has been such a treat!!!! 3 little Jersey dogs done in our family this week, and Danielle did an AMAAAAZING job on all of them! Cost and length of service was also very reasonable, but the results were above expectation! Thank you Danielle!! ❤️😇❤️

I went into the store feeling a little stressed and worried because my dog has been sick this past week, so my mind was already in a heavy place. I usually always shop at PetSmart, but I came into this location tonight and I knew it was last minute but I just was looking for one thing and was having a hard time finding it. I came in about ten minutes before close but was planning to be quick. At 9:01 a worker comes up to me, male with long dark hair and skinny, he looks at me and goes we have been closed for one minute now so grab what you need and head to the registers. It was just the way he said it! it was so rude I thought about not even buying what I was planning to and just leaving because I thought it was so rude! You can’t say things a little nicer? Talk about customer service!!! Tried to look for his name on the receipt and it wasn’t there.
