The petsmart store and banfield are great... the grooming is a disaster. They chopped up my dog i could've had my 1st grader do a better job. I even showed them a picture and they b were just like - ya, ok, ok... and they looked like they hated life. For anyone that knows anything about grooming... this was a no no. Id post her name but I dont know what it is. whoever reads this - please give her some.more training!

Bought fish from here the next day they had ick. Returned the fish and they then told me that all their tanks were being treated for ick. Something that should have been handled in all tanks should have been being quarantined and no fish should have been sold, during treatment. All my other fish before adding these fish were fine and healthy for months. Only two stars because the staff was nice.

Underwhelming experience. After no greeting coming in or when I arrived in the store. I went to check out and I was asked, “phone number?” Had my two dogs, both well behaved, with me and tried to tap my phone for payment after my phone number was taken. Rudely was asked what I was trying to do. Blank look on my face as I was totally taken aback by her tone, so she asked, “Are you trying to pay because I haven’t rung anything yet.” She rings an item and I attempt to tap again and she gets snippy telling me that she isn’t done ringing. I stated many places allow you to tap during the transaction. She just stared at me continuing to chomp on her gum. Finished my transaction and gladly left. Incase management cares the visit was on 10/29/2026 at 4:18pm at terminal ***9410, cashiers was Haile

We took our cat there for grooming and she got home looking like this. After a professional groom, this should not be acceptable. We told her that we had already clipped her nails and it looks like they did it again and too short because that blood was not there before we took her. She is covered in dandruff and shedding huge puff all of fur.

workers are very rude. the one with an undercut & wears a mask is especially rude. would not recommend going here. they do not take care of their animals how they should and act like the animals are an object when handling them. very disappointing place. also i will add the workers are very scared of the animals and don’t treat them right because of it. DO NOT GO HERE!!
